Tadalip 20mg tablets are used to treat men with pulmonary arterial hypertension (PAH) and erectile dysfunction (ED). The erection is facilitated for males by an increase in blood flow to the penis. In PAH, it relaxes or widens the blood vessels inside the lungs, lowering blood pressure there.

You can take a Tadalip 20mg tablet with food or on an empty stomach. It must be taken exactly as prescribed by your physician. When used for ED, the medication will only assist you in achieving an erection when you are sexually excited. About an hour before you intend to have sex, you should take it. Individual differences in productivity mean that working takes anywhere from half an hour to an hour. Take it only as directed by a physician and only if necessary.

The most common side effects of this medicine are flushing, headaches, impaired vision, muscle aches, upset tummies, nausea, back pain, and respiratory tract infections. See your doctor if you’re worried about the side effects or can’t seem to get rid of them.

It can be risky to take Tadalip 20mg Tablet with nitrate-containing medications (frequently prescribed for chest discomfort).
