Extra Super Zhewitra (Vardenafil/Dapoxetine)

Extra Super Zhewitra is a combination of Dapoxetine and Vardenafil that is used to treat erectile dysfunction and premature discharge. Men with erectile dysfunction (ineptitude; inability to achieve or maintain an erection) are treated with vardenafil. Vardenafil belongs to a group of medications known as inhibitors of phosphodiesterase (PDE). A result of this increased blood flow is an erection. Untimely discharge is treated with dapoxetine. Clinical studies have shown that vardenafil can increase erectile function in men with other health issues, such as high blood pressure, diabetes, or cholesterol. Dapoxetine hydrochloride was first used as an upper, and weakness, inability to sustain an erection, and delayed discharge—the inability to reach a climax—are some of the side effects of several antidepressants.
